We offer a completely free of charge full and comprehensive network infrastructure evaluation for all our potential new customers.
This will include all IT software/hardware (firewalls, routers, switches & servers) including cabling, desktop PC's, laptops & printers.
We basically need to evaluate the way your IT network infrastructure "hangs together" so that we are able to properly assess the potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses that may negatively impact your systems.
We see this as the key to understanding your IT business needs and evaluating what is required to get your business and IT infrastructure working for you at maximum efficiency.
We are confident that the 164 years of hands on IT expertise at our disposal across multiple operating system platforms is more than capable of dealing with any issues raised.
We have specialist “In house” IT expertise that has helped to eliminate problems within specialist user applications (e.g. Sage accounting software).
We have identified/solved problems for end users that have involved Sage having to modify their application software to accommodate our recommendations/suggestions.

Existing Customers
Once we have agreed an in-depth mutually beneficial Service Level Agreement (SLA) and then commenced providing support, you will receive a quarterly network infrastructure review.
This will be a full and comprehensive written report:
- Outlining the ongoing IT network infrastructure performance
- Highlighting any additions/changes to the network
- Reporting on helpdesk calls logged with us during the quarter and advising on end user training needs
- Advising on any issues or problems & as to whether the network is working within acceptable performance and security parameters.
